A plan for the whole business. An assistant for a busy team. Private AI for confidential work. I connect the commercial decisions with the people, systems and infrastructure needed to deliver them.
We look at how your departments work, where time and money go, and which decisions need better information. I turn that into a plan: what to build first, what it will require, who will own it and how to judge the result. I can lead the implementation and train the people using it.
I connect the tools you already use and build the workflow between them. That could mean preparing the accounts, pulling together management reports or keeping track of what was agreed in meetings. We test it on your work before making it part of the routine.
Staff training
I train staff to use ChatGPT, Claude and Codex for the work they already do: researching customers, writing proposals, analysing spreadsheets and building small internal tools. We work through your team’s own tasks together.

02 / What I build
I build agents that prepare work for you: checked invoices, informed sales replies and a clear record of what you need to do next.
Finance operations
I've built workflows that find supplier invoices in email, check the documents, spot duplicates and prepare entries in Xero. They also bring cash, spending and bills due into a regular report.
Exceptions are flagged for review. Your team keeps control of payments.

Sales enquiries & follow-up
I can build an agent that picks up a sales enquiry, researches the customer and brings together the conversation so far. It prepares a response for your review, updates the CRM and keeps track of the next step and follow-up.

Your personal assistant
I've built my own second brain: a system that finds commitments in email, chats and meetings, tracks what changes and checks whether the work was done. I can build that kind of assistant for you, with past decisions to hand and briefings to help you prepare for meetings.
Your edits stay in place. Open questions remain visible until they are resolved. Private hosting is available where your data needs it.

I build and extend the connections between AI and tools such as Xero, email, banking and project software. This includes custom connectors, MCP integrations and scheduled agents. In practice, it means the system can find the information and carry out the agreed steps. I can work with your developers or deliver the implementation directly.
Private AI
Put AI to work on confidential documents, internal knowledge and everyday decisions. I build a private workspace for your team, on your premises or in your own cloud, with clear control over who can use it and where information goes.
I’ve built custom AI inference servers, including water-cooled systems, in my own lab. That hands-on experience builds on the cloud and physical infrastructure work I did while employed at Twinstake.

I’m Borys Tam. I’ve led finance and operations in AI and digital-asset businesses, with responsibility for budgets, treasury, board reporting and the systems behind them. At Twinstake, I progressed from its first operations hire to Head of Operations, helped it grow to profitability and led its SOC 2 Type II audit programme. I also worked hands-on with cloud deployments and its first data-centre rack.
Today, I combine that experience with building AI agents, connected workflows and private AI infrastructure. I understand both the boardroom decisions and the work needed to make them real. You work directly with me: from deciding where to invest to building the system and helping your people get the most from it.
